We install sod and mulch as part of our complete outdoor living property design and build renovations. Due to the time invested in making the outdoor living dreams of our clients a reality, we cannot come out to individual homes for individual yard tasks such as replacing sod and mulch.

Thankfully, we are lucky enough in Northeast Florida to experience good planting weather year-round.

Yes, we do provide consultations. There is a consultation design fee that depends on the size and complexity of the project. This fee is refundable if we complete the landscape, hardscape, or outdoor lighting installation.

Our design fee includes:

• Appointment at your home and property to discuss your goals and wishes.
• Detailed pictures and complete measurements of your entire property.
• An estimate of the total cost of the outdoor renovation to be completed.
• Full-scale, color-rendered drawing using our state-of-the-art CAD system.

We offer free warranties on our hardscape products and landscaping plants. Our hardscape products include a 3-year warranty. Our landscaping plants include a 3-month warranty, unless we are providing seasonal maintenance, in which case the warranty is for one year. If the homeowner requests plant material that is not recommended for our hardiness zone, we will not extend the warranty to those specific plants and vegetation.
